2. WeTender Manage
How is it different from other tender platforms?
Manage doesn’t just show tenders: it prepares them to be worked on. Our team opens each tender file, classifies the lots by product and organizes the documentation so you can start working from day one.
What kinds of searches can I run?
By authority, keyword, region, amount, status, notice type or procedure. With exact, flexible or approximate search to locate drugs, devices or product families.
How does it help me avoid missing deadlines or key alerts?
It centralizes all notices and dates for each tender file in a unified panel, synced with your email. Automatic alerts for publications, corrections, awards and expiries.
Can I organize information by business unit or country?
Yes. You can have different environments in the same account (for example Spain and Portugal) and configure menus and communications by division, business line or subsidiary.
Can teams work together?
Yes. Multi-user access with different roles (tender managers, sales, leadership). Each profile sees what it needs and works in real time, without emails or spreadsheets.

3. WeTender AI
What sets it apart from other AI solutions?
It is trained exclusively on public healthcare procurement, with the complete official documentation of each tender file. It does not invent information or rely on external data: it analyzes, summarizes and compares the tender documents directly.
Do I need another module to access the AI?
Yes. WeTender AI is an optional add-on to WeTender Manage. It integrates into your workspace with eight intelligent tools (and growing) that analyze, summarize and compare tender documents.
How is the AI trained? Is it secure?
On official public healthcare procurement documentation — complete tender documents, rulings and current regulations — with no external sources or personal data. Your company’s information is never shared or used for other purposes.
Does it replace my team's work?
No. It automates repetitive tasks (reading, summarizing, searching the documents) so your team can focus on analysis, strategy and higher-value bids. It doesn’t replace professional judgement: it strengthens it.
Can I try WeTender AI without being a current customer?
No. It is only available to companies already using Manage. If you are not yet a customer, try Manage with your catalog and request a live demo to see the AI on a real tender file.
How much does it cost?

4. Plans and Pricing
What does the free plan include?
Access to a limited version of Manage: browse real tenders, view basic information for each tender file and receive personalized alerts based on your products or therapeutic areas.
What are the differences beween Manage, Premium and Analytics?
Manage is the base: full tender management, lot classification, deadlines and collaborative work. Premium adds workflows, templates and document control for high volumes. Analytics analyzes pricing and competition by active ingredient.
Is the AI included in any module?
It is an independent add-on to Manage, with eight intelligent tools (and expanding) to analyze, compare and decide on each tender.
Can I subscribe only to the price-analysis part?
Yes. Analytics can be subscribed to independently, though the plan already includes Manage in its fee for a complete view and management.
Can I start with one module and switch later?
Yes. Start with Manage and expand to Premium, Analytics or the AI whenever you want, keeping data, configurations and active tenders without interruption.

What is the first step to get started?
