What is the difference between Manage, Premium, Analytics and AI?
Manage is the base: full tender file management, keywords, planning and contracting authority analysis. Includes Mail.
Premium is added on top of Manage for workflows, bid generation and document repository.
Analytics is added on top of Manage for pricing: nomenclature, price analysis and commercial report.

What does the free WeTender plan include?
The free plan includes limited access to the daily summary of tenders that match your portfolio, personalized email alerts, and access to all official documentation. It’s a safe way to try out how WeTender works with no obligation.
What are the differences between Manage, Manage Premium, and Analytics?
They are all WeTender plans, but there are differences between them. Manage allows you to view tenders filtered by your portfolio, track their status, and work as a team from a single location.
Manage Premium adds advanced features such as tender workflows, direct bid creation, and control of your own references and documentation.
Analytics is designed for pricing and commercial strategy: it generates reports by active ingredient or ATC group, analyzes successful bidders, and detects opportunities with data.
Is AI included in any of the modules?
No. WeTender’s AI is an optional add-on that you can add to any module. It includes automatic summary of the tender specifications, smart search, price scoring simulator, and other specific functions for healthcare procurement.
Can I contract only the price analysis part?
Yes. If your priority is to find out awarded prices, evaluation criteria, or analyze the competition, WeTender Analytics is the module you need. You can purchase it on its own or combined with Manage or AI.
Can I start with one module and change later?
Yes. You can activate any of the WeTender plans that best suits your current needs and upgrade later without losing your settings or history.
What happens when the free trial ends?
We will contact you to help you choose the most useful module for your team. If you do not wish to continue, you do not need to do anything: access will be automatically deactivated.

AI is not included in the free plan, but you can request a private demo to see it in action before deciding.
